Refund policy

At Low Key Luxe, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items such as personal care products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
